As a new small business this was exactly what I needed for making my items quicker! Only down side is when trying to make 300 ML per side you have to put something under the front legs to make sure nothing spills out. But other than that it’s great! I’ve found my sweet spot at 250 and no needing to put anything under the legs or spilling. It takes a little trial and error to get the correct system down for yourself but totally worth it!
